A Spencer man is accused of exposing himself to an 11-year-old girl several times during a trail ride at an Indiana state park.
Charles "Chip" May, 19, is facing one count of performing sexual conduct in the presence of a minor, two counts of public indecency and one county of public nudity.
May's arrest follows a four-month investigation. Officials said the girl's parents lodged a complaint. They said May exposed himself to their daughter while she was on a horse ride at McCormick's Creek State Park.
May was employed by his father, who has contracts at several DNR state parks including McCormick's Creek, Turkey Run, Shakamak and Lieber. While May's primary job was to guide trail rides at McCormick's Creek, he could have worked at any of the mentioned DNR properties.
Officers are asking anyone with information about other incidents to contact them at (812) 837-9536.
