Indianapolis police continue their search for an 11-year-old girl. Police think someone tried to kidnap her. It happened Wednesday night near Emerson Avenue and Thompson Road.
A woman called police saying she saw a man trying to force a girl into his van. Witnesses intervened and police arrested the man, but the girl slipped away and took off running.
Police now want to talk to her, to find out what exactly happened. They believe she lives in the area and is about 11-years-old with blonde hair. If you have any information, call the police.
