Former 'Superintendent of the Year' apologizes for DUI

A Central Indiana school superintendent who is accused of drinking and driving spoke to Fox59 News Tuesday where he apologized for the "embarrassing" incident. Police say his blood alcohol level was .12 when they pulled him over last weekend for swerving all over the road.
