The Indianapolis Fire Department was dispatched to two fires within 15 minutes of each other on the near southeast side.
The first fire was dispatched at 11:44 p.m. Tuesday night near the intersection of Raymond Street and Keystone Avenue.
When firefighters arrived at the first fire they found a vacant, single story one bedroom home with fire showing from the home.

The second fire was called into dispatchers just 14 minutes later at 11:58 p.m. Tuesday night near the intersection of Churchman Avenue and Saint Paul Street.
Firefighters found a working fire in an abandoned home there.
Both fires are still under investigation and according to IFD Spokesperson Rita Burris currently the only connection between the two are the close distance and time between calls.
