Metro Police are on the scene of a homicide on the northwest side.
Officers responded to a call of 5 or 6 shots fired in the 5700 block of Woodside Drive, near Michigan and Kessler Blvd North Drive.
Witnesses told police they believe they saw a man being dragged by a car.

Once the scene was secure, officers found the body of a man alongside a home nearby in the 1600 block of Stevenson Street.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Victim's Assistance arrived on scene to attend to some children, however it's not known if they are related to the victim.
Homicide detectives are on scene investigating the incident.
