The Hoosiers are in the Sweet 16 for the first time since 2002, earning their trip to Atlanta with a win over VCU. And now fans are trying to make the trip too, on a budget.

Mid-level seats in the Georgia Dome start around $200. To fly from Indianapolis to Atlanta round trip will put you back nearly $500. To drive the 1,000 mile round-trip will cost you about $150 if you get 25 miles to the gallon.

The athletic office at IU has a limited number of tickets for season ticket holders and students.  They will give those out based on their priority points system that tracks attendance at regular season home games.

The team leaves Tuesday night for Atlanta.
