Sheila Dropcho learned that she won Cure Magazine’s award Friday.
"I was absolutely stunned, that (my patient) would consider that I was extraordinary and worthy of such a wonderful award,” said Dropcho.
One of Dropcho’s patients nominated her for the award by writing a letter about her impact on his life.
As the winner, Dropcho will receive an all-expenses-paid spa trip for two.
