IU Trustees approve raises, maintenance projects in new budget

The board of trustees approved the 2012-2013 budget Friday.

The budget includes $30.3 million in new spending. Two thirds of that will go towards pay raises.

It also includes $68 million in one-time funds that will be used on maintenance projects. Some of those projects have been put off for 10 years or more.
