More than 700 people have been tested for the deadly disease after possible exposure. A nail salon employee came down with the illness last month, causing concerns for customers.
There is no vaccine for TB, which is easily spread by breathing in droplets that have been coughed into the air by an infected person. Symptoms include weakness, weight loss, fever and night sweats. Coughing, chest pain and a blood-producing cough are also possible.
