A Shelbyville man is missing for the second time and now a warrant is out for his arrest.
Joseph Guy is fleeing felony charges filed against him last year as police investigated his case.
Last May, police said Guy and his parents faked a crime scene inside their home before heading to Florida. Guy claimed they took off because a man he's accused of stalking in Indianapolis was planning to kill him. The man Guy is accused of stalking was a co-worker.
Guy had been on house arrest at the time. He's still awaiting trial for that escape charge.
Guy blames a fallen justice system for his charges.
