Rematch a a buzz word at fan-infused Super Bowl media day

Both the Patriots and the Giants believe this game will be different than 2008 match-up, which they told 7,000 fans and reporters on Tuesday.

With a media group five-deep at his podium, Eli Manning gave a quiet answer to the loudest question at Super Bowl media day.

"There are so many different players," said the Giants quarterback when asked how similar the Giants-Patriots match-up of Super Bowl XLVI is to the one in the big game in 2008.

It was a relatively common answer among the players of both teams at Media Day inside Lucas Oil Stadium on Tuesday.

As usual, it was those asking the questions that provided the most drama. One reporter from NickToons wore a superhero outfit, one was asking players to dance, while another wore a camera on his head.

While that might seem typical for this event, it was those in the stands that made Indianapolis' first host media day unique. For the first time fans were allowed to check out the action and listen in to a few players on radio. The tickets were sold out, which put about 7,000 fans in the stands for the three-hour event.
