Just one day before the primary, a battle was brewing over political signs in Indiana’s fifth district race.
Fox59 received video of what's believed to be a Susan Brooks’ supporter removing opponent David McIntosh's signs. It happened Sunday at a roundabout in Carmel on 126th and Towne road.
The two are running for the fifth district’s GOP nomination.

Brooks' campaign released a statement saying, "Given that dozens of our own legally-placed yard signs have been taken from private residences, we are disappointed by the removal of McIntosh’s illegal yard signs in and around Carmel roundabouts by someone other than appropriate city officials.
“We instructed our own campaign volunteers to comply with all local zoning ordinances about yard sign placement."
