University of Kentucky fans fill streets after win

University of Kentucky fans filled the streets in Lexington, Ky. to cheer the men's basketball team after it defeated Kansas 67-59 in the NCAA championship game. Dozens were arrested, one person was shot and numerous small fires were set.
