The first Chevrolet didn't sell all that well, according to Kelley Blue Book, but it was the car that started the brand and did well enough to sustain the fledgling company.  One problem was its hefty $2,150 price, which put it well out of the reach of blue-collar workers who barely earned that much in annual wages.
