Some feedback on feedback

Our recent article about appreciation at work brought in some interesting feedback. Paul White, co-author of the book "The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace," said there are five different appreciation languages: Words of affirmation, tangible gifts, quality time, acts of service and physical touch.
