What are the best companies for working moms? Working Mother magazine has the answer -- they have released their 100 Best Companies list. Here are the eight Chicagoland companies that made the list.

The magazine says: Mothers who work at this health-care company don't need to skip their kids' choir practices or school plays just to impress the boss: Last year, 89 percent of employees held jobs that permitted them to flex their schedules, while 64 percent were able to telecommute.
