Michael Phelps, it seems, has a girlfriend: Megan Rossee. The tabloids are singing it from the rooftops. She's calling him "bear" on Twitter. And Monday night, the new couple walked arm-in-arm down a red carpet in London. She's a 25-year-old Los Angeles model/cocktail waitress. She's apparently spent some time in Baltimore. And it looks like we might be seeing a bit more of her.
