Virginia McCaskey, owner and secretary of the board
The 88-year-old daughter of George Halas, Virginia McCaskey and her children are controlling owners of the team. She appointed Ted Phillips as president and CEO in 1999 and her son George McCaskey as chairman of the board. She attends games and league functions.
