Lady Gaga is putting her money -- and time -- where her mouth is. As a part of her Born This Way Ball Tour in 2013, the Mother Monster is going to offer free counseling at her BornBrave Bus before all of her shows.
"For those wondering about the 'counseling' at the BTWBall BornBrave pre-show, it will be a fun tailgating experience for monsters to unite," she writes on her Facebook. "At the BornBrave Bus you have access to professional private or group chats about mental health, depression, bullying, school & friends. There will also be food and games, DJ White Shadow and Lady Starlight will DJ with host BREEDLOVE to keep the experience fun."
Gaga continues, "BornBrave Bus Is a place where mental health + depression are taken seriously w/ no judgement, FREE real help available to all. I feel like most kids don't look for help because they feel embarrassed so mom + I wanted to break the stigmas around 'help' and make it fun."
The Born This Way Ball kicks off on Jan. 11 in Vancouver, BC. Gaga is making 39 stops around the country, and the tour ends March 20. It's nice to see a star who has such strong beliefs literally bring them on the road with them, and we hope Gaga's efforts provide help to those who wouldn't otherwise get it.
